Alyssa Turns 2 Months!
Starting the New Year Off Right!
Dont you love this program?
To start the new year off i decided i was going to lose my bootie or else! i have been planning a trip to italy which is in may so i thought this would give me good incentive to get motivated and moving it. i wanted to be frugal about exercising and just wanted a plan that i could do at home and didnt need all those gym fees or machines to make my goal. i had searched the web for a good workout video and didnt find anything. then i went to walmart and they only had a handful of a selection. i had thought about signing up at a local gym but they wanted me to sign up for a year and all i really wanted was 4 months. i also really wanted to buy another treadmill but didnt want to spend the $$ on one. they are too expensive right now – boo! i had almost given up. then, i was in at kmart and noticed they had some workout dvds on sale. i found what i needed for $6.99! I started the 30-day shred and by sunday i could hardly walk into church! i am currently on day 5 and can walk and have much more energy. so, if you need a good workout video to do at home these are the best. all you need are hand weights! yeah! wish me luck and dont tempt me with any more cookies! if any of you want to join in and shave off that 3rd rump let me know and we can motivate one another!!
Need A Good Book?
Tracie Peterson wrote this book which is about a brother and sister who seek God, adventure, and love. They live in Alasakan territory that has the most brutal winters. Both siblings are hoping that one day God will bring a family to them. I think you will enjoy this series of books as much as i do. i finished the second book in one day!
